In 1993, Eggology created the category of fresh egg whites to retailers. Shortly thereafter we began receiving calls from upscale hotels and restaurants to use our premium products for their foodservice. They loved the fact that Eggology products were able to whip simply because of freshness, and not added chemicals. Even more important was that Eggology goes way beyond pasteurization and tests for a wide array of harmful bacteria, including salmonella & listeria... thereby making Eggology safe to use raw for such recipes as: meringue, royal icing, an egg-wash for pastry, baked Alaska, etc. Pretty soon our products were being used by The Four Seasons Hotels, and thousands of white tablecloth restaurants throughout the U.S.
Today, Eggology offers more premium quality egg related products, and is being whipped, baked, cooked, and scrambled by the same retailers (foodservice) who long ago recognized that Eggology products are quire simply the best of the best.
