Prior to that, only body builders knew the incredible value of egg whites as the only pure protein food available. And because the best ideas are fueled by passion and need, Brad Halpern's passion for fitness, triathlon racing, and a healthy lifestyle resulted in Eggology 100% Fresh Egg Whites.
Prior to EGGOLOGY you either spent time separating eggs and wasting yolks or were forced to consume the only available retail egg products at the time which contained chemicals, coloring, and gums. As a health conscious consumer, Brad realized the benefits and wanted the convenience in obtaining 100% pure fresh egg whites, so he developed packaging in easy-to-handle clear plastic jars that can be sterilized; a vast improvement over the other bacteria-prone cartons of other products. In creating a far superior product than other egg companies Eggology also broke new ground in shipping egg white cold cases for home delivery, a method of sales which continues to grow each year.
